The hotel rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable for our very short stay, with the added perk of a complimentary minibar stocked with soft drinks, water, tea, coffee, and snacks for the morning cuppa. The service was friendly despite staff appearing overworked and stretched thin. The location was convenient, especially for local business activities, with easy access to the highway. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a variety of options. Overall, a decent hotel at a good value for the money.

The hotel had very modern rooms, which were lovely but remained cold during our stay in November. There was a noticeable damp odor in the rooms, which was quite unpleasant. The service, with staff showing for the building, was welcoming, even though there was some confusion between the Bar & Restaurant. The location was very convenient for us, somewhere between Bruges and Ieper, with access to restaurants and close to the motorway. Unfortunately, dining was not available at 7.30 on a Saturday morning as advertised, and the breakfast options were not so rich. Despite these issues, the garage appreciated for parking.
